Tiny wolf puppy discarded by mum finds happiness with humans.

Dogs and cats are the most common pets for exotic animal lovers, parrots, tortoises, or tarantulas. Some people, like the woman in the story below, choose to live with a wild cat or wolf. Everybody Kira the wolf pet’s a happy ending

Kira’s life was already a nightmare. The small pup was discarded by her mother when she was 3 days old, but a kind woman rescued her life. Kira is a privileged pet with her human family a year later.

Kira and her brothers were born in a shelter from a domesticated mother, but she discarded them days later. Alida, a kind-hearted woman, adopted the defenseless Kira. Kira wouldn’t survive in the wild, so Alida raised her as a pet.

“Kira’s mother abandoned her babies when they were 3 days old,” the woman told Bored Panda. “I took her home at 28 days old. Smart but stubborn.”

Kira and her siblings were hand-fed for three weeks by nursery attendants. The small wolves have no chance in the wild, so they must be relocated.

Alida: “If released into the wild, she’d have no chance because no one taught her to hunt.” [The mother] left her 3-day-old babies in the nursery, so they were hand-fed. Kira was stronger when I took her home and fed her milk.

Alida has since taught Kira to socialize with animals and people. Domesticated her?

Alida: “We strolled in different places so she could smell and hear new things.” Wolves fear the new, so I taught her everything. It was a challenging procedure but necessary so Kira could live with me.

Kira is finally fully tamed after a year of hard effort and challenging circumstances. Once a fearful, defenseless wolf, Kira is now a friendly pet. She watches Alida’s 7-year-old son.

“On the street, people are curious, ask to be photographed, and wonder if it’s unsafe to live with a wolf, but she’s extremely friendly!”
