SEAL JUMPS RIGHT ONTO A PADDLEBOARD TO HITCH A RIDE.

Daren Ford and Kerrie Rocket paddled near Littlehampton, West Sussex, when a seal came onto Kerrie’s board. Daren from Hayling Island, Hampshire, recorded the incident.
Daren, a roofing company manager, claimed they were five miles up the river, kayaking for an hour. It was his third time on a board and first time in this area. “We were speaking, unaware a seal was following us.” To our delight, the seal jumped from board to board and relaxed!” They had no food out and kept their distance from him. They thought the seal was sick or hostile, but he was only interested. “It was a great experience, but we didn’t know how rare it was until we went home.”
