A police cop frees a Great Horned Owl that was trapped on a busy highway.
Luckily, the wildlife rehabilitator who was called to the scene while fast-moving traffic went by freed the owl from the plastic bag. Not all heroes wear capes. People on Nampa's I-84 who were worried called the Idaho State Police (ISP) many times to say they saw a Great Horned Owl stuck in plastic. The scene was checked out by Sgt.
